Hilarys Yoghurt Cake


Our friend Hilary Iles specialy made this for us to hand out for tasting on the Geraldine Farmers Market. It's yummy!

  • 1Cup Clearwater's Cream Top Yoghurt
  • 1Cup oil
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 3 Cups Self Raising Flour
  • 3 Eggs

Preparation:
Add above to bowl and beat.
Pour into 2 greased and lined loaf tins.
Bake180degC for about 45 mins.

(This cake is very forgiving, try and add some lemon zest/juice, fuit or vanilla.)
