Spaghetti with a Creamy Tomato Sauce
- Fresh spaghetti egg pasta
- 1 red onion
- olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 lbs fresh tomatoes chopped up
- handful of fresh sage and thyme
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
4 tbsp Clearwater's Cream Top Yoghurt
Cook the onion and garlic in the olive oil until soft, add tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes until reduced, add the herbs, salt and pepper, puree and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Cook the pasta, as per pack instructions
Once the pasta is ready stir the yoghurt into the pasta and combine all the ingredients together for a rich creamy tomato pasta dish.
